Rate

We can make clear agreements in advance with clients about the payment of compensation. These appointments are also for clients

in writing. Before we get started, we may request to pay an advance. Billing takes place monthly

place and the invoices are specified. In this way, it can be clearly established at a glance that work is being done in accordance

the agreements that have been made.

Hourly rate

We only provide our services in a paid manner. We work with an hourly rate and also charge office costs.

Office costs consist of administration, telephone costs and similar services. The office costs are 5% of the

invoiced amount (excluding sales tax 21%). It is also possible to make a fixed price agreement. We choose

customization and for that reason we offer clients these options.

Financed legal aid (addition)

We do not perform activities on the basis of legal aid, also known as government-funded legal aid. In

tax matters is rarely an addition. In tax matters, it is not mandatory to be assisted by

a lawyer. We refer you to the website of `the Legal Aid Board and the local Legal Counter. Based on this
